HR professionals have long focused on the future of work. With the advent of new technologies, our job is changing rapidly. In 2023, HR will need to be even more proactive to keep up with the changes. One of the biggest challenges will be managing a hybrid workforce. Employees will increasingly expect to have the flexibility to work from home or other remote locations. As a result, HR will need to provide them with the tools and resources they need to be productive. Additionally, HR must find ways to encourage employee engagement and recognition. Creating a solid connection between employees and the company will be even more critical in a digital future.
