Implementation Analyst I 


Position Overview:


The Benefit Implementation Analyst (HSA/FSA/HRA/COBRA) is responsible for the configuration, testing, data analysis, and delivery of new client implementations for their assigned department. This team is responsible for the Technical/EDI support. This position will partner with the Implementation Consultants and EDI team throughout the implementation, as a system SME. Reports To: Lead, Implementation Technical Services


Responsibilities:

  • Configure and test the benefits system as needed, based on client plan requirements according to the analysis/specifications
  • Partner closely with Benefit Implementation Consultants, providing system setup consultation.
  • Import & analyze data using various platforms including Bswift, proprietary benefits platform & Web Link
  • Complete full data audits include producing reports, providing summaries and detail for system reconciliation. Ability to understand why discrepancies are occurring and provide direction on how to resolve them
  • Maintain & balance multiple clients builds simultaneously while meeting all project plan deadlines
  • Maintain project plans, ensuring all tasks/follow updates are consistently kept current

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 plus years in a customer-oriented role
  • Advanced Abilities in Excel including but not limited to V-Lookup, Concatenate, and Pivot Tables

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience with EDI files and data imports preferred
  • Experience with setup, management and troubleshooting of Tax-Advantaged Plans, preferred (FSA, HSA, HRA, Commuter)

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $39,520 - $60,528/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
