Paylocity has been hard at work familiarizing ourselves with the CARES and FFCRA Acts, and updating our product so it’s ready to support you during this time.

The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES) includes measures aimed at stimulating the economy. The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) includes mandatory employer provided emergency sick pay and emergency paid family leave, as well as other provisions such as free COVID-19 testing.
Our HR Program Manager Shari Simpson is joined by Senior Director of Product and Technology, Christine Pellini, for a conversation about our approach to product updates based on CARES and FFCRA, including:
